Where do I add a new employee?

You've employed someone new and need to load them on Radar.

Follow the steps below to add a new employee or watch the instruction video: 

  1. Log into your Radar account.
  2. Make sure you are in the admin view.
  3. Click "Employees" on the sidebar to the left. 
  4. Click on the green "Add employee" button at the top right of the screen. 
  5.  Complete the fields on the new screen. 
  6. Click on the green "Add" button at the very bottom right of the screen.
  7. Once added, the employee will receive a link via email to complete their personal details.

If the employee's employment has not started yet, their profile can be found under the "Prospective" tab in the purple bar at the top of the screen. 

Once their employment has commenced, their profile can be found under the "Active" tab in the purple bar at the top of the screen.
