You've got a leave policy, employee privacy policy, dress code or anything else that you want your employees to be able to access at their own leisure.
Follow the steps below to add a self-service document:
- Log into your Radar account.
- Ensure you are in your admin profile.
- Click on "Admin" at the bottom of the sidebar to the left.
- Click on "Self-service docs" in the purple bar at the top of the page.
- Click the green "Upload document" to the top right or in the centre of the screen.
- Drop the document you want to upload in the field provided or click on the blue "browse" text to search your device for the applicable document.
- Give your document a name and a description.
- Click on the green "Upload" button to the bottom right.
- The screen should now reflect the document you uploaded on the list.
To edit the document name or description, follow the steps below:
- Click on the icon that looks like a page to the very right of the document line.
- Click on the "Edit" button at the bottom of the window.
- Edit the info in the fields to what you would like it to be.
- Click on the green "Save" button at the bottom of the window.
- The list view will now reflect the updated name and/or details of the document.
