Where can I upload company (organisation) documents that our employees need access to as well?

You've got a leave policy, employee privacy policy, dress code or anything else that you want your employees to be able to access at their own leisure.

Follow the steps below to add a self-service document: 

  1. Log into your Radar account.
  2. Ensure you are in your admin profile. 
  3. Click on "Admin" at the bottom of the sidebar to the left.
  4. Click on "Self-service docs" in the purple bar at the top of the page.
  5. Click the green "Upload document" to the top right or in the centre of the screen.
  6. Drop the document you want to upload in the field provided or click on the blue "browse" text to search your device for the applicable document. 
  7. Give your document a name and a description. 
  8. Click on the green "Upload" button to the bottom right. 
  9. The screen should now reflect the document you uploaded on the list. 

To edit the document name or description, follow the steps below: 

  1. Click on the icon that looks like a page to the very right of the document line. 
  2. Click on the "Edit" button at the bottom of the window. 
  3. Edit the info in the fields to what you would like it to be. 
  4. Click on the green "Save" button at the bottom of the window. 
  5. The list view will now reflect the updated name and/or details of the document.
