How do I send an employee invite link?

A quick guide on how to invite an employee to Radar.

An invite link will be sent automatically on the new employee's start date

If an employee for some reason has not received their invite link you can follow the steps below: 

  1. Navigate to the employee's profile by going to Employees > and selecting the respective employee.
  2. In the top left hand corner click on "Account Administration". 
  3. Click on "Send Self Service Invite". 
  4. Select how you would like to send the questionnaire: 
    1. Selecting "Send via email" will send an email with the link to the employee. 
    2. Selecting "Generate Link" will generate a link that you can send to the employee yourself. 

After the employee has received the link they will be able to create a password and activate their account.

Please be aware that links expire after 24 hours.
